You also don't have to spend an arm and a leg to buy local. The final price per pound for usable meat off our freezer calves competes favorably with Grocery store prices.
We don't use antibiotics on any of the freezer beef calves. The calves are raised, handled and processed in a Humane manner.
TAX FREE BEEF- In North Carolina no sales tax is charged on fruits, vegetables, or eggs sold in their original form by the farmers who grew them.
